How does Akansho work?
Customers choose a service, select or confirm a location, browse relevant providers, review provider information, and connect or request when ready. Partners join Akansho Partner, set services and availability, go online, and receive relevant opportunities.
Where is Akansho available?
Akansho focuses on location-aware local discovery. Available places are shown in the Locations directory and during search — coverage is based on the live platform, not a claim of nationwide service.
How do I find a service provider?
Open Find Professionals (Browse), choose a service, select your city or area, and review matching provider profiles.
How does location-based discovery work?
Akansho uses the location you select or confirm to help find relevant providers. Depending on the flow, discovery may use your area (such as district) and/or geographic search around a confirmed origin when that mode is enabled.
How do I view a provider?
Open a provider from browse or from a service or location page to see the public profile information Akansho shows for that professional.
How can I contact a provider?
After viewing a provider, you can use the contact or request options shown on that profile. Signing in may be required for some actions. A Call button is shown only when calling is intentionally available.
Who can become an Akansho Partner?
Local professionals who want to offer supported services through Akansho Partner at partner.akansho.com.
How does a provider join Akansho?
Open the Partner site, sign in with mobile number, and complete provider onboarding. If you already use Akansho as a customer, use the same number to enable a partner profile.
How does provider availability work?
Partners can indicate whether they are available for new work and can go online or offline. Changing availability does not cancel work that is already accepted or in progress.
Why does Akansho need my location?
Location helps Akansho show relevant local professionals for the area where you need help.
What is the difference between location and PIN?
Customer search location, district, and PIN or postal information are related but not the same. A district PIN is not automatically treated as your exact search origin.
